BDP-xD horizontal cutting machines
Machine for cutting various types of buns. Manufactured to make two different cuts (butterfly cut and hinge cut) using the same machine.
- Designed specially for side-cutting hamburger, hot-dog, baguettes and other buns.
- Butterfly cut: horizontal cut from both sides of the product, leaving ~3 mm in the middle uncut.
- Hinge cut: horizontal cut from one side leaving minimum 2 mm on other side uncut.
- Butterfly cut leaves an aesthetic, almost invisible separation mark.
- Durable disc saws guarantee minimal maintenance costs.
- Fast and simple cut height and depth adjustment.
- Adjustable conveyor and disc saws speed using frequency converter.
- Manufactured using stainless steel sheets.
- 24/7 online service.
